All services provided at Elemental Aesthetics are performed by New York State licensed estheticians. We adhere to the strict sanitation and safety protocols mandated by the New York Department of State. By booking a service, you acknowledge that results may vary and depend on individual skin types and adherence to post-treatment care.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary intake forms or consultations.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid interrupting the next scheduled appointment. The full service fee will still apply.

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that life happens; however, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 
• No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Deposits: Certain specialized treatments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

For your safety, you must disclose all current medications (including topical prescriptions like Retin-A or Accutane), medical conditions,  allergies, and recent medical procedures or surgeries during your consultation. Elemental Aesthetics is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.

We strive to maintain a professional and tranquil environment. Elemental Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• New York State sales tax will be added to the price of all taxable services and retail products where applicable.
• We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Contactless Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay,  and Elemental Aesthetics gift cards. 

• Services: We do not offer refunds on services, packages, products, or gift certificates. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can discuss a resolution.
• Products: Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened products are final sale. No refunds. 

Your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective treatments. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

By receiving treatments at Elemental Aesthetics, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the service, including but not limited to skin irritation or allergic reactions. You agree to waive any claims for damages against Elemental Aesthetics and its employees, except in cases of gross negligence.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of  Putnam County, NY.
