Update: The following information below shall remain on our website should a mask mandate be put in place again at a future date. However, although masks are appreciated in common areas, due to the mask mandate being lifted, it is no longer a requirement. Estheticians will continue to wear masks during your treatments and all treatment rooms are thoroughly disinfected before and after each client.
For the safety of my clients and myself, all clients must arrive with a mask (regardless of vaccination status) and only remove their mask before treatment if your treatment requires your esthetician to work on your face. Elemental Aesthetics is operating on an appointment only basis at this time.
My main priority has always been the health and safety of my clientele. Although disinfection and sanitation practices have always been part of our normal operating protocols, due to the COVID-19 pandemic additional safety measures have been put into place. We ask that you please reschedule if you have traveled recently or if you or anyone you have been in contact with in the past 14 days are having any symptoms of sickness including:
Fever or chills
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Muscle or body aches
New loss of taste or smell
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Elemental Aesthetics is operating on an appointment only basis. Walk ins are prohibited at this time.
Appointments are being spaced farther apart to allow for thorough disinfection of the entire treatment room. Appointments are also staggered to eliminate the chance of clients arriving at the same time.
Please arrive to your appointment alone. No guests except for the client will be allowed in the studio at any time. No exceptions to this rule can be made at this time unless the client is a minor child.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed.
All guests must arrive with a mask covering. Masks must remain on until the client is about to receive treatment. At this time, the mask can be removed and held under the blanket with the client.
All staff will wear face masks during all treatments for everyone's safety.
All rooms and equipment will be disinfected before and after each use.
Air purifiers containing carbon and HEPA filters will be running in all treatment rooms to filter the air.
Please arrive with all paperwork filled out prior to your appointment. Forms can be found under the Tab labeled "Forms". Covid 19 waivers will be sent via email prior to your appointment and must be submitted before your appointment. Clients who have not submitted this waiver will not be seen.
We have a cancellation policy 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, so please keep this in mind should you wish to cancel or amend your booking. Should you feel unwell or develop any symptoms within 24 hours of your appointment, the cancellation fee will be charged but will be applied towards your next appointment, as the well being of our guests is our priority.
